Orders
Electronic orders are accepted twenty-four hours a day.
Please note that the store on Saturdays deals only with the special delivery, all orders placed from Friday evening to Sunday evening will be processed on the next business day.
Orders are delivered on weekdays from 9 am to 7 pm.
Arranged in advance, delivery is also possible on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays!
Pickup at babystore.lt store:
Free of charge. We remind you that home delivery will save you time and money and is more convenient than picking up at the store. Of course, if you live near our store, we will be happy to welcome you to our store.
The standard period for reservation is 3 working days. This means that the product you have ordered will be reserved for you at our store premises if the availability of which has been confirmed in advance electronically or by telephone. Please inform us if the reservation is required for a longer period by e-mail [email protected] or by phone (phone numbers are given below), otherwise, we cannot guarantee the availability of the product, as it will be displayed in the store or returned to the warehouse. Delivery of items to Venipak Self-service parcel terminals.

Once the ordered item is delivered to the Venipak parcel terminal, you will receive a text message with the code that you will have to enter in the Venipak parcel terminal to pick up the item. Order will need to be picked up within 7 days of receipt of a text message;
DPD self-service parcel terminals

Delivery of items to DPD Self-service parcel terminals.
- Payment method: prepayment;
- Maximum product weight: 31,5 kg;
- Product size limits (width x length x height): 36 x 61 x 43 cm;
Once the ordered item is delivered to the DPD parcel terminal, you will receive a text message with the code that you will have to enter in the DPD parcel terminal to pick up the item. Order will need to be picked up within 7 days of receipt of a text message;
Omniva self-service parcel terminals

Delivery of items to Omniva Self-service parcel terminals.
- Payment method: prepayment;
- Maximum product weight: 30 kg;
- Product size limits (width x length x height): 38 x 64 x 39 cm;
Once the ordered item is delivered to the Omniva parcel terminal, you will receive a text message with the code that you will have to enter in the Omniva parcel terminal to pick up the item. Order will need to be picked up within 7 days of receipt of a text message;
Itella self-service parcel terminals
Delivery price - 5.99 EUR
Delivery of items to Itella self-service parcel terminals.
- Payment method: prepayment;
- Maximum product weight: 35 kg;
- Product size limits (width x length x height): 30 x 60 x 60 cm;
Once the ordered item is delivered to the Itella parcel terminal, you will receive a text message with the code that you will have to enter in the Itella parcel terminal to pick up the item. Order will need to be picked up within 7 days of receipt of a text message;
How to make the payment?
- Pay for your purchase at our office.
- Pay in cash to the courier upon receipt of the goods.
- By bank transfer: carefully fill out all the details needed to complete your purchase so that we can issue an invoice. Provide an invoice number when making a payment. Delivery of goods will start to be executed only after the full invoice amount to the bank account of SIA BABYSTORE was invoiced.
- Payment via PayPal: carefully fill out all the information required to make a purchase so that we can issue an invoice. Enter an invoice number when making a payment. Delivery of goods will start to be executed only after full payment of the invoice amount.

If you want to use a gift card for the payment, you should choose the payment type as GIFT CARD and write a unique card number in the field GIFT CARD NUMBER. By pressing the button ORDER, the system will generate the invoice with chosen products subtracting the sum of the gift card. You would need to either receive our order at one of our stores or pay an additional amount for delivery or some products if the total amount of the order will exceed the value of the card.
